Once you have placed an order, you cannot make changes through the website. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, so we can correct it before the product is packed and shipped. For assistance please email info@emergedstyle.com.

If your order arrives incorrect, please email us at info@emergedstyle.com within 5 calendar days of receipt of item to report any defects or errors. We will get it resolved for you as quickly as possible.

You will receive a tracking number when your order ships. We are not responsible for any stolen, lost, or damaged package. Once we deliver the item, you will have to contact the shipping company’s support for any issues.

Processing times for orders can take between 5 to 14 working days depending on the order volume and customization. Orders are processed on a first come, first serve basis, Mondays thru Fridays from 8 am to 4 pm. The cutoff time for same-day processing is 11 am PST.

Shipping times are determined at checkout. Once an order has been processed, you will receive an estimated delivery date provided once tracking is available.  

Please note that estimated processing times are separate from estimated shipping times.

Shipping costs are determined by the volume of your order and will be determined at checkout.

At Emerged Style, we are committed to providing high-quality products to our customers. However, due to the nature of our business where all our pieces are made to order, we have a strict no exchange/no return policy. All sales are final.

Before making a purchase, we strongly encourage our customers to carefully review the product descriptions and information, as well as our sizing charts, to ensure that they are ordering the correct product and size.

  1. Turn the garment inside out.
  2. Wash with cold water on delicate/gentle cycle or hand wash your garment.
  3. Do not use bleach or fabric softener.
  4. It is recommended to line or air dry by laying your garment out flat.  If you’re in a rush, use the dryer in a low heat setting.
Cold water is less likely to shrink or fade and ruin clothes, especially anything made of cotton. Cold water can also reduce wrinkles, which saves both time and the energy costs associated with ironing. Your best bet with t-shirts, hoodies, or pullovers is washing with cold water on a gentle cycle.
