Return Policy
At Emerged Style, we are committed to providing high-quality products to our customers. However, due to the nature of our business, we have a strict no return / no exchange policy. All sales are final.
Before making a purchase, we strongly encourage our customers to carefully review the product description and information, as well as our sizing charts, to ensure that they are ordering the correct product and size.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately and email us the order# and the picture of the damage at info@emergedstyle.com so that we can assist you. Our customer service team will review each case and determine the best course of action for resolution of the issue.
We will only accept returns for defective or incorrect merchandise within 14 days of the ship date. Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached.
The customer will be responsible for return shipping.
Merchandise must be returned in the original polybag.
Please include a copy of the invoice to ensure proper credit in a timely manner (approximately two weeks from return arrival).
Please note, we do not accept returns for custom orders, washed, or decorated merchandise.
